Review: 100+ Fun Ideas for Art Activities

A wide range of over 100 good practical ideas are explained clearly in this book.  It is organised into six areas of Art and Craft, from simple drawing techniques to peg-loom weaving.  Each activity indicates the resources required and often suggests links to topic areas.

As a Year 2 teacher, I have tried many of the activities in the past but it is very useful to have them all in one handy book.  I was also pleased to learn how I can extend and add more variety to my art lessons.  I would recommend this book, although colourful illustrations would help me to envisage the finished artwork.
