Free Creative Teaching Resource #17

Today’s Creative Activity involves researching volcanoes on the internet.

There have been so many natural disasters recently, was it really all to do with getting close to the moon?

This worksheet asks some questions about volcanoes and gives starting points for research on the internet. Pupils are then challenged to locate an expert and ask pertinent questions.

You can download a copy of the worksheet here.

This activity is drawn from The Kid-Friendly Web Guide which helps you to use computers to teach real world skills. Experienced computer educators share their secrets for using the World Wide Web.
