Sing the French alphabet: free French teaching resource

So, now your children know that the alphabet is pronounced differently in different languages, why not learn a song to reinforce the French alphabet?

You will find the words of L’alphabet français, and a recording of the song to listen to, on our Free Resources for French at Key Stage 1 (KS1)/ 5-7 Year Olds page.

This song is taken from J’aime Chanter! a collection of 20 songs set to familiar tunes, making it the ideal way to help children learn French and develop an enthusiasm for the language. Because the tunes are familar, you and the children can concentrate on learning the words.
