What are we doing are a result of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which became law yesterday? Nothing! Well, that’s not strictly true. When we learned about the new Act we looked at our returns policy, to double check that it complied. I’m pleased to say it does. Ever since Brilliant Publications started, we have always had a 30-day free refund policy.
This applies to our e-books as well as to our printed resources.
We realise that it is hard to judge a book by its cover and by the brief descriptions on our website and in our catalogues. That’s why we provide sample pages (and audio tracks) on our website. On the back of each of our books we say ‘Why not TRY before you BUY?’ and we do hope that you will do just that.
Even then, we realise, it is sometimes difficult to assess how useful a book will be until you actually have it in your hands. So, if you have bought a book from us and you don’t feel that it is suitable for you, please let us know so that we can arrange a refund.
